Mr. Dolgin possesses the strategic experience and presence to aid clients in gathering internal support and cooperation at all levels, for the successful maximization of reimbursement from the school based billing program. With a BS in Management from Northeastern University, he has been progressively involved in growing business organization, including the start up operation and eventual sale of a service based company. He has excelled within the structure of a Fortune 100 company where he designed, organized and implemented nationwide training programs for hundreds of managers under the ISO 9000 program. For several years prior to founding New England Medical Billing, Mr. Dolgin was a National Account Manager for a major U.S. corporation.
